Burn Foundation Ride.....

Today was the first day in a LONG time that Larry and I have had a WHOLE day together to just have fun and spend time together.  What a better way to spend that day then to help benefit such a great cause...having fun at the same time.  We met up with about 1400 other bikes at the Cancun Cantina at 8:30 a.m.  We registered, got our new shirts and got ready to go.

This picture shows just a TINY section of the bikers there today.  It was an amazing turn out!
Of course I had to model by the bike....

Larry modeling too...Larry doesn't like the "slant" I put on this picture when taking it but I wanted to get the whole bike (well mostly) in the picture without having a TON of back ground.  I personally love the slanted pics.  I did take a "straight" one for him but since this is my blog..I chose to share this one...hehe  Love you honey!

Just as we left the Cancun Cantina.  We had a police escort.  Every road (rt 100, 97, rt 50, all the on ramps etc.) were blocked off.  This ride had the road completely to itself...pretty neat, huh?!

You can see the massive amount of bikers ahead of us going around the bridge...there were MANY more further up and still a TON behind us.  So cool!

Its not often I can just look right up at the sky while crossing the bridge.  It was so beautiful...I had to snap a picture.

Just over the bridge we finally met up with Roni, Mark and some of their friends.

Me and my honey...Thanks for a great day :-)

Cousins.......

My cousins and I are the best of friends
It's fun when we laugh and play
I'm so glad when they come around
I wish that they could stay
my cousins and I are the best of friends
I know that you'd agree
They are so kind and I'm so glad
That they're part of the family.

This post could go on and on with all the special moments I have captured of my sisters girls and my kids.  From the early days when they were just babies forming early friendships to the bond they have now that will last forever.  Today's post is just of the two older girls, no real reason...just their adorable snuggle time they shared today.  I hope to always see them being so close, even as they grow into the amazing women they are going to be!!!

Last day of FIRST grade!

Well, this was supposed to be part of the previous post but I am still figuring out this blogging thing and it was a royal PITA to get these pics to the bottom of that other post sooo...tada...a new post :-)

My awesome cousin Ava came and sat at the house this morning so I could take my little man for a special DD treat before his last day of school.  He was up with the sun and ready to go.

Busting out some dance moves...LOL  Such a cutie!
Peace out Frist Grade :-)

Arriving at Dunkin Donuts...who wouldn't be happy!  Right?!  Love these moments together.  He is such a special boy!

Aunt Julie showed up and completely SURPRISED us.  Throughout this school year, Tuesday's have been HER day with Logan and they would often go to DD or Panera Bread.  Logan was so happy when he saw her walk in...mommy and Aunt Julie..what a treat.  I just wish I could have captured his face when she first got there...shoot, I was pretty surprised myself so I bet my face was worth capturing too...haha.  It was a great morning!

CONGRATULATIONS ON A GREAT YEAR OF SCHOOL.  WE ARE ALL SO PROUD OF YOU!!!

Logan, Logan and MORE Logan...his earlier school days

Another year has passed...way too quickly once again.  My little boy is growing up and I wish it would slow down just a little bit.

Today was his last day of 1st grade...WOW...is all I can think right now.  SECOND grade up next...I just can't believe it.  Feeling a little sentimental so I wanted to reminisce and share some pics from Logan's earlier school days :-)

Enjoy.....

My big boy..Age 2 getting ready for his first Christmas play.  I thought I had "First day of preschool pics" but couldn't locate them.  This isn't his very first day but pretty close to it.  He didn't start the 2 year old class till mid December (he was on the waiting list)  He wasn't afraid or shy at all.  Jumped right in like he belonged there and knew everyone.  He did GREAT for the play also and sang every song and knew every Bible verse :-)

3 years old during his Christmas play.  He did so GREAT!!!
4 years old at one of his farm field trips.  Lots of great pics from this day but I just love him in this one :-)

GRADUATION day from his 4 year old Preschool class....Age 5  Such a fun and memorable day!!!!

Age 5...First day of Kindergarten.  I remember this day like it was yesterday.  WOW...Words can not express how extremely proud of him I am and how much I love this boy!!!!!!!!

First day of First grade...age 6

Morning Playtime Fun.....(lots of pics...couldn't help it)

We have spent many fun mornings at the small Glen Burnie Mall play area.  We drop Logan off to school at 8:15 and head to the mall.  We haven't been here in a while because my momma has been helping out and taking Logan to school for me.  It is perfect, quiet and empty...LOVE going there early in the morning.  Lots of "mall walkers" stop by to chat and admire the kiddo's :-)  We are almost always the ONLY ones there.  I think there has been one other kid there, maybe 2 times.  It amazes me that in all of GB, I am the only one with this great idea...LOL

Today was lots of fun, The first few pics are of them chasing each other around as Gloria play's "keep away" with Landon's baby doll, lol

 Pretty Adrianna....

 Help me mommy....HELP :-)
My two sweet babes.  They really enjoy one another and play so GREAT together...MOST days :-)
My attempt at a pic of ALL of us!  I do not have my sisters super long, self portrait taking arms...LOL  For those of you who don't know what that means...My sister has a special talent of being able to take pics of herself and I think up to 10 people...its amazing :-)
 Me and sweet Adrianna
These are of all the kids posing with their favorite sea creatures.  LOVE these kiddo's!

Me and my silly little girl.  I attempted to get a picture of me and her...she was laughing so hard from all the playing we had just been doing that she couldn't even sit still :-)
School is almost done...Only ONE more day for my little man.  I am going to make sure we still get our lazy butts out of the house to enjoy these fun play area mornings together :-)
