A girl and her tutu...

Well we finally made it back outside when SHE was ready to do some more modeling.  I am pretty happy with the results.  She shows lots of personality :-)

This first two is a sweet moment with her and her new doll.  I just love this.  I think she was adjusting her tutu for her.

 This one just might be my favorite.  She has such a sweet natural smile in this shot.

Man, she sure did give me a run for my money but I like the results and so does she.  Despite SOME frustration...we really had a FUN time taking these photos.

Gloria Rose

What can I say...I just love this girl to pieces! She has such a fun loving, amazing personality. I have to love how strong willed she is and know it is going to just make her one amazing woman :-)

These thoughts came to my head today while trying to photograph her (as I do often) in something new. Unfortunate for her, she just happens to be the perfect size/age to model lots of mommy's "products". I try not to use and abuse her too much.

This particular photo shoot was for HER to model her new tutu that Jackie made for her and her doll. I really thought she would love this.

She is just all about comfort. Things can't be too tight, too itchy, too big, too hot, too cold, too itcy...LOL Such a girl.

I dressed her in a long shirt and pants so that the ITCHY tutu wouldn't touch her skin but it just so happens that it is too sunny for her (even in the shade). Have I mentioned how much I LOVE this girl!?

Here is the ONE shot I have managed to salvage so far. She has agreed to try again later on...we'll see :-)

Our newest purchase...a new pool

Well, we finally did it....we broke down and bought a pool. I think it is good timing. The kids are old enough to really enjoy it and I actually have some free time (not having a "newborn") to be able to enjoy it with them.

We got it and had it set up just in time for Gloria's 5th birthday party. She LOVED this idea :-)

Joining the world of blogging!

I really love following blogs and reading all the wonderful things people post. This is the ONE thing that I have yet to do so I figured it was about time. I keep online albums of our adventures, I email out pictures but I really think blogging is more "me". I love to tell a story with my pictures, share special moments and even do some bragging about my family. I hope to keep this updated and share all our wonderful family moments with you. Bare with me as I figure this all out!

This is what I live for, they are who make me who I am and keep me going. I have good days, I have bad days but EVERY day with them is the BEST day of my life!
